Ten Tips to Save on the Tuxedo

1. Find a shop with discounts for X amount of people
2. Have your groom wear a tux and the groomsmen wear nice suits
3. Rent instead of buying
4. If groom owns a tux, let him wear it
5. Consider a very formal suit rather than a tux
6. Find out if groom already has shoes to match tux
7. Have groom borrow a tux (he pays for alterations)
8. Check consignment and thrift shops
9. Find out if there are any formalwear outlet stores for tux (these are a rare breed though)
10. Go without the frills (satin collar, tails, etc.) that cost more
